MCKINNEY TEXAS PEDIATRIC ORTHOPEDICS OFFICE

The McKinney Texas Pediatric Orthopedics office focuses on the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and the correction of deformities of the bones.  When children with joint dislocations, fractures, soft tissue injuries, infectious conditions, and rheumatologic diseases come to our clinic, they are seen by our pediatric orthopedic physician specialists.

Living with a painful ache or injury is difficult and often unnecessary. In other words, it is important that parents seek the attention of an expert trained Pediatric Orthopedic Physician if their child has experienced some sort of trauma to the bone, joint, tendon, or nerve, or if they are experiencing chronic joint or bone pain. Therefore, with the help of our Fellowship-trained Pediatric Orthopedic physicians, patients can improve their mobility and quality of life

In addition, our surgeons spend many hours researching new techniques and technologies that will advance treatment.  Also, we are active members of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America and Scoliosis Research Society, where we contribute through writing white papers for distributing knowledge about advancements in care.

The difference in our Fracture Care Clinics is how quickly we can see our patients. Appointments for fracture care are not necessary. There is personal interaction between the patients and our Doctors.

“We spend a lot of time going over the physical aspects of what a family can expect. We work with the patient and their families to ensure that every member of the family is comfortable with the treatment plan.” Shyam Kishan, MD
